Re: [INFO REQUEST] Error Code: EC:10005 In EA app

My EA app will not open. It says there is no internet connection, even though everything else is working. 

I have tried reinstalling multiple times, giving full disk access, but I can't even get into the app to clear the cache. The rare moments it does open, it needs an update and restart, crashes during the download, then goes back to say no connection problem from before. 

The error code I keep getting is EC:10005

It has been weeks of this, and I don't know what else to try, and I just want to play my games.
