I first tried to open up my EA app 3 days ago but it will jump once and doesn't open up or bounce multiple times as if its loading.. I deleted and tried to reinstall but it does the same thing again. I have used EA since 2017. There has been NO new changes to my computer or EA so I'm at a complete loss. Please help!

I figured it out !! right click on the app go into extension packs and click ealaunchhelper and save it to your desktop click that and the app will open ! you have to click that every time tho to get into the app !
Do you think it is to do with EA wanting people to go PRO and pay the monthly fees. I paid for my Sims 4 base game and my 80 add ons. I stopped playing for 6 months and then tried to launch my game in the EA app. There isn,t even a launch bar and the App just keeps moving me to other pages . i am very angry, I have put a lot of time and money into this game . Blah to their 25th anniversary because they do not care about the people who started playing 25 years ok like me.
