EA inaccessible

Couldn’t access the EA website, help or account unless using VPN. 

Couldn’t install EA App, error “connection, unable to connect to EA server”. Tried everything, turned off the antivirus, firewall, reset, change DNS, etc. The problem is, everything works fine with other devices which have the same WIFI connection (EA website on phone and other computer, FIFA runs smoothly) but only my laptop is unable to do anything.

Even managed to install the EA App using Steam (automatically when open FIFA), the app said temporarily lost connection, or the app timed out. I was unable to lauch my game, despite trying everything. Really need some helps, please
