Ea play not recognising game pass
Hello
I waited 20mins to be told to make a public post with my account details - are you f**king kidding?
I have game pass. EA won't recognise it. accounts are linked, have uninstalled and reinstalled EA app and Xbox app. have signed out and in again and relinked accounts.
Ea app does not recognise my access to EA play via game pass ultimate.
Please resolve now. I can not list my email on a public forum as this would be insanely stupid. please reply via DM.
Worst customer service system EVER. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING MAKING PEOPLE WAIT TO THEN DIRECT THEM TO PUT PERSONAL BILLING INFORMATION IN A PUBLIC FORUM. SHAME ON YOU EA.
