Re: Bought and Installed Pack not showing up at all

I bought the enchanted by nature pack last night and played with it for several hours. It started acting slow so I turned it off and when I tried to get back on literally 2 min later, it said I don’t own the pack. On steam it says I don’t have it but EA says I do, but it wants me to redownload it again. I hit download and it says that I don’t even own the game. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!
