Re: [INFO REQUEST] Error Code: EC:10005 In EA app

Hello I am getting the error code EC:10005 every time I try to go and open the EA app. I've tried resarting my computer, deleting the app and re-downloading, restarting the internet router and nothing works. My mac is running on Sequoia version 15.5 and I think this might be the problem as it was working prior to my MacBook air updating. 

Is anyone else having this issue? Do I just need to wait until the EA is compatible? I've been able to get the EA app to work on my old MacBook air so the software update is the only thing I can think of. 

Any assistance would be great as I have now lost all my Sims 4 progress grr.
