error code:106

for the last month my EA app wont let me log in. Ive entered the correct password, restarted my password multiple times and it shows error code:106 on my screen. I have checked my internet, deleted and re-downloaded the EA app multiple times. I have recently upgraded my software system and still no progress. someone please help me out :))))
