Every time I try to log in to my EA app it comes up with this error code saying it encountered an unknown error. I've deleted and redownloaded the app, checked my network, changed my password, double-checked I've got my username correct and still comes up with it. What do I do, as I have no access.
are you having the issue when you try open the EA app and its asking you to put your username and password in and it still won't work? because i'm having the exact same issue I changed my password, tried again it didn't work, I also deleted the app and re downloaded it and it still isn't working. did you manage to fix it or not?
