Expansion packs purchased not loading

Question

I have expansion packs that I bought 1-29-25 and 2-9-25 and have been playing with. Today when I went back in to play it isn't showing 6 of them! I can see where I purchased them and it says upload complete but it will only play with 2 other expansion packs I bought but I am missing 6 of them (I have total of 8)

Please help or help me get a refund on the 6 packs that are no longer working. I am on a PC

Missing is: Growing Together, Tiny Living, Parenthood, Cottage Living, Cats &amp; Dogs, and Eco Lifestyle&nbsp;
