i bought mirrors edge long time ago physical copy, i seen it added in my digital library so i installed it went to run the game and it asks for my serial key, i dont have the physical copy anymore is there anything you can do to help.

For physical copies of games, the Product Code (Serial key) is the important part of the purchase as without that you will not be able to install the game.
Without the Product Code, you will need to re-purchase the game in order to play.
If you purchase a game digitally, it is linked to your account "forever".

Hi Barry, question, I´ve purchased the game digitally like 9 years ago...I wanted to install today and ask me for the key of the product before the installation is complete, but I can´t see the code in the app unless the game is installed, how can I view my own key before the game is installed? thanks!
