"Failed to log in" Error Code: EC: 10005
So I saw that there were other forums on this issue, but I was told to report the issue here. I have been trying to log into my EA app and I keep on getting the Error Code EC: 10005. I did all of the troubleshooting methods that others have mentioned, checking my internet connection, restarting my computer, deleting and reinstalling the EA app, checked that the EA app server is working (which it is right now) nothing seems to be working. I emailed the customer support and was told to post a forum and it will be solved faster. Can I please have some help?
