game crashed

Tell me, has anyone else had the Sims 4 game crash in the last few days?
I'm running it from the EA app. I thought it was a problem with the mods, so I removed it to check. But the game crashed at the main menu stage. The EA app said that *it's a problem on their side*. This is the first time I've encountered such a situation and I'm curious to know if anyone has had the same problems in the last few days?

    yeah i've been getting this exact thing for the past few days. i run the sims 4 through steam

    I don't have any updates and I'm confused. It seems that the latest update of the game is broken. This is just my hypothesis, because everything was fine before. Maybe you found a solution to this situation?

    i have not unfortunately :( i agree that it's probably something up with the new update. my game was also fine before
