Game Library is "empty"

The EA App is saying my Game Library is empty despite years and thousands of dollars of purchases. I've tried repairing the app, logging out and back in, and uninstalling and reinstalling. Still says my game Library is empty. It also says that I don't have Sims 4 installed, even though I do (I have Sims 3, Sims 4, and Sims Medieval installed).

Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Welp, hopefully this helps someone else. I exited the app, then I switched my VPN (PIA) to the Seattle server. Then when I restarted my EA App, suddenly my library is there again. So apparently it hated my VPN server for some reason.
