Re: Sims 4 - Game License Invalid

Good Day!

Ever since the update in August, my Sims 4 game sends a message that says " GAME LICENSE IS INVALID - the app couldn't read the game's license file, so we suggest relaunching the game in online mode. If the problem continues, try clearing your cache."

I have tried

• clearing the cache
• following some of the YouTube videos that had the same problem
• uninstalling/reinstalling
• app/game recovery/repairing
• My EA app says I am online - logged in and out

Nothing is seeming to help. I have invested so much time and money into Sims ever since the original game, and it breaks my heart that I don't have access. I have been feeming to play, but it won't let me.

Does anyone know how to fix the issue?
