The sims 3 games

I brought the games over 10 years ago I last downloaded them probably I want to say 6 years ago on a old laptop that had a disc slot and the old sims 3 page thing but I downloaded all the games I had so I don’t understand why some worked this time round and some have not I’ve got the same account I’ve always had I’ve never had another account

When you look at your games and the ones you own does it reflect what you do have?

I have not had another account so it can’t be that the ones that worked says you have 7 add ons and says which ones I have what I don’t understand is I’ve used all of them the same time so how can some work and some don’t 

Forgot to say I have more then 7 so 7 have worked and I need to count the ones that haven’t work

in that case supersweetsm5​ when did you get the games and where did you purchase them from?

I brought them when they  each first came out like well over 10 years ago from a shop called Game which I don’t know if they are open anymore ( I’m from the UK)
