Game missing from EA library

Hello,

I won a game key for the MySims cozy bundle from an EA Partner, I redeemed the code however the game isn't showing up in my library. It's been almost a day and it still hasn't showed up. I've restarted the app, logged in and out, as well as uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app and it's still not there. I tried redeeming the code again but it said it's already been redeemed
