Re: 'Failed to Launch Game: An Error on Our End' for Multiple Games. Any Fixes?

What is happening is I was attempting to mod Spore and i realized you couldn't have two instances of Spore (I had 2 Spore games on my PC, Steam and EA app and the accounts were linked and running fine until i tried modding) so I uninstalled the Steam Spore because I had Galactic Adventures on the EA app but then I tried to run the EA app Spore and it said "An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later." and at first I troubleshooted, restarting my PC, repairing the game but the same error message appeared and then I tried to reinstall the Steam Spore and that also didn't work and then I tried to uninstall the EA Spore and reinstalled it and then it said that I don't own Galactic Adventures anymore. (I got the DLC from a key and it worked fine) Can anyone help me get in functioning again?
