Add Payment method ERROR

Hey all,

I tried to add my credit card as a payment method, but an error message shows up every time:

"We were unable to verify your credit or debit card. Please check your payment details and try again. Alternatively try another credit card or payment option or check with your card issuer or bank."

I already checked with my bank, and there is no problem there.

My card already existed on my account, I just removed it when I gave the account to my brother, so he would not buy other games without my knowledge.

    Please try the following steps to clear up this error:

    • Use a different payment method
    • Make sure your billing details in the EA app match the billing details for your card
    • Make sure the location on your account matches your real location

    Hello,

    I do not have another credit card, and I will not use someone else's card. It's strange.

    I would like to continue using my credit card and need your help to resolve this issue.
    Please provide me with detailed steps to fix the problem and ensure I can use my card for payment.
