Game still in library I don't have access to, cant download, cant buy, help
I'll cut right to the chase, I want to play anthem (don't judge me). but I cannot because the game is still in my library from the time I had EA play, every other game has been removed except this one, I cant go to download it because when I do I get the message that access has been removed yada yada yada and to buy it. but I CANNOT BUY IT! because the ONLY OPTION on that damned ea app is to "DOWNLOAD" even though I don't have access to the **bleep** game anymore and it wont download at all.
Somebody please remove the **bleep** game from my account so I can actually buy it and play it again. Or help me remove it from my library. is it a known bug? is there a fix? please help

We can't make account changes in the EA Forums. For assistance with that, please contact EA Help. They should be able to remove the current version so you can make a new purchase.
