I need help, I’m trying to purchase something on the sims and it’s saying issue with accessing your account information, log in and try purchasing again

Are you trying to make the purchase directly through the EA app, or from the in-game store on the main menu?

    Hello, I’ve tried on both. I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it’s still saying having issue accessing your account please sign in and try again.
