I bought DLC key and used the key in EA app. But no DLC there after activation
It was supernatural dlc for Sims 3 if this matter, but i saw that other people have simmilar problem with other games and respective dlcs.

I have EXACTLY the same problem but it didnt worked :((
reinstaling the EA app solved the problem sorry for posting to early before i tried everything.
