I can't buy anything on the EA app no matter what I do

I don't know what else to do, and since i can't ask for help from a REAL PERSON that works at EA, this is my last resort. I use the EA app to play The Sims 4. I like to buy packs and other stuff som...

 J’ai le même problème, j’ai envoyé un mail à EA et pas de réponse ... Vraiment décevant . Si quelqu’un a la solution, je veux bien :)
