I can't load my game

A week ago I bought the sims 3, I opened it, created a family and everything went well. When I wanted to open in again, the game started but when I tried to load my family, there was a notification that ''A serious error occurred while loading Bridgeport.sims 3, it is reccomended to close the application and open it again''. And so I did, like a million times. I dissinstalled and installed the games again, I tried to play withouth the internet, reset my pc but the game still doesn't work. Please can anyone help me with this problem?
