I'm seriously so frustrated! No matter how many times I contact EA support they never reach back to me, like what is up with that? No matter how many links I click to try to find the answer on the web is still doesn't help. It seems like so many others go through this problem but have no solutions? Somehow I am not able to purchase any ad ons from the app, no matter which one it always says it's not available. I tried login out and back in, nothing. I uninstall, also nothing. And this has been happening for such a long time. I even stopped playing sims for a whole year uninstall everything, somehow a year later it's still the same issue? At this point, I might just give up on EA / Sims 4 entirely. Please, someone help me, I just want to buy expansion packs, it's literally that easy. Isn't that also the whole point why EA creates these ad ons? For us to buy?! SMH

    Hello NaiaJessxo​,

    what country are you located in and what expansion packs are you trying to buy?

    Are you having the same issues if you try to buy a code through the EA Website?

    EA_Pythia​ Is it actually based on location? Cus now remembering back when I was in Europe or Indonesia I was able to buy the expansions but now that I'm in the UAE I can't seem to buy any sims 4 expansions only sims 3 are sold.

    I can access the link, it says error. Is that also because of my location?
