EA app isnt working error code EC:201

my ea app is starting but not loading and sometimes the error code appears i restarted my pc and reinstalled the app and its stil not working please help

My chat & friends lists is faulty.
My chat & friends lists error and it doesn't show anything for me to accept friend requests or send friend requests. I couldn't do anything to be able to play with my friend.
