Hi Gusionn1,
There was a temporary outage last weekend that caused this issue, but it was resolved as of 2 AM last night (UK time).
Please try restarting the client by going to the top-left menu (☰) > Help > Restart App.
If that doesn’t work, try Help > App Recovery from the same menu.If the issue persists, please reply to this thread with your EA app Error Reporter ID.
