Hi, yea, I downloaded Sims 4, and I can't start it, every time i want to open it, it just openes up EA, and when i try to start it from there, it just closes and openes up the EA app. I tried uninstalling EA, Steam, Sims 4, what caused me to loose a lot of stuff I got from playing. Its a lotery. 2 days ago I managed to open the game what was schocking for me, since then I can't start my game. Its infurriating someone help plz :'(
IvoryBroLetMeGo Are you in fact playing in Windows? And have you tried moving or renaming the Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts? If not, please do that now.
If that doesn't or didn't help, and your computer runs Windows, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
