I require Help changing emails but cannot verify the email used.

I have been trying all day on forums and on my account i Require an actual human to change my account the advisor is emailing my old email i cannot access. So i am currently stuck in circles. I tried talking to the AI bot and was 0 help. 

IS there anyway anybody can help me its 2026 im sick of going in circles and getting 0 help to my case

Just tried again the Chatbot is again not helpful... Is there anyone that can actually help me?

I understand that however the advisor is emailing the email i cannot access... so how would i speak to them. Again id be going in circles all i require is the email to be changed so i can play a game i purchased to play online. Everything to help requires me to use an email i cannot access because i made it 15 years ago. I cannot unlink my account the requires verification on an email I cannot access. 

Is there not a number i can call. This problem could have been solved days ago. Unfortunately the only way to fix or speak to anyone would be on an email i simply cant access so I'm currently with no solution and unable to play madden which i just spent money on. 

If you could message me an email for an advisor or something i can use my new email that might help. 

Just went through this process for 3 hours and got no where. I have an old EA account that was created back in 2016 when BF1 came out. I just got BF6 and when logging on, I am prompted to "reset my password". The only issue is that the email address on that account is 20 years old and was deleted by AOL. The secondary email is a school email that was deleted after I graduated. So, I basically have an old EA account with 2 emails that are inaccessible, but I still have to reset my password. 

I created a case about a compromised EA account and went through a lot of rigamarole; confirming phone numbers, birthday dates, email addresses, billing addresses, last 4 digits on a card  used to purchase something, even an IP address. Lone behold- I cannot be verified as the owner of the account and I will need to re-open a case and try again.

In essence, I purchased a $75 game and now have zero access until I find a way to reset my password, which is impossible due to circumstances. This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. Disgraceful.

Agreed i just purchased madden for 100 dollars and cannot access the online part one bit. A billion dollar company with 0 help for its customers is insane. I'm sorry you're having problems.
