Install "stuck" preparing

im trying to download f1 23 after just buying ea play, as i try to install the game, it just says preparing, gets stuck and after 5 minutes of absolutely nothing, it just says it wasnt possible to download, to restart the app and try again, ive looked on other forums and done the said fixes and nothing fixes it

need help or a refund
