Is the Digital Deluxe Upgrade available for Mac?

So I bought the base game for full price back in the day and I’ve seen from googling that the deluxe version/upgrade have been given out for free at various time during the game. So I would imagine that people who actually bought the game might have it now that the game is free to play for the base game.

However, I don’t seem to be able to find it, and since I’m on Mac there is not search feature as far as I’m aware. Does anyone have more info on this?

Further, for people who don’t have it. Do they ever do sales on it anymore?
