Issue with downloading university pack.
When I open the sims4 and in manage worlds I look for the new "world" and it just says I can't access the pack until it's downloaded. Normally my name automatically downloads straight away, But now when I go back to the EA app I can't seem to find the pack in my own library/ add ons. I do have a emailed receipt to prove I have paid for it and the costs have come out of my account. Any help would be appreciated.
