Issue with Twitch Account Linking on Xbox

Hello EA Support,

I have an issue with my account. My EA account is already linked to my Twitch account, but when I play on Xbox, it asks me to link it again. I am using the same Twitch account, but the system does not recognize the existing link.

Could you please check and help me resolve this issue?
