Cross-play Game Features
"Unable to join game session because all players were not on the latest game version. Please make sure all players have downloaded any updates and try again." I play Madden NFL 26 through Steam on my PC, since release I have been able to cross-play with my Xbox friends, now there is a bug completely preventing me from being able to do so going on for at least a week+ now. WHATS HAPPENING??
This has been happening the past couple of times I try opening the app. Where it won’t connect to “online mode”. Strictly will not. I only play The Sims 4 so it’s not a BIG deal, I can play offline. BUT! I have made sure I am connected to WiFi and I haven’t ever had issues like this in the past. Is this just me? Or is anyone else having issues? I have even tried going into the game to connect that way and it just won’t let me. HELP!
Cannot change EA ID; Enter a valid EA ID
Hey, so I wanted to change my EA ID back to my original nickname "tfJumper", but the account settings keeps rejecting me from using it saying its not vaild. I tried only lowercases, numbers, underscores but none of them work. I had a sub account with that ID but i recently changed it so I know it is a vaild ID please help
My EA App is showing friends offline when they aren't
So I logged in EA and my friends list is showing that they all are offline when I know they aren't and they aren't blocking me from seeing them. I can run Battlefield fine, but I cannot join their squad. I restarted the app, logged out and back in, restarted my computer, cleared my cache and went offline and back online. What else could I do to fix this?
Error Code EC:105
Hello, I've been playing the Sims in my computer and every time I open the gallery to download a built it does not let me. Then my EA app gives me this message error code EC:105 as shown in the picture, my Internet is stable so that's not a problem. I already tried to repair it it didn't work and then I deleted everything and re-download it and it still has the same problem I don't know what to do. I was playing the Sims for years and this is the first time I had a problem. Help me please
EA App wont load my account
When I open the EA App to play any game, the right side where my account and friends should be just stays grayed out. That woulnt be too bad but it also means that within any game ( for example Battlefield V ), Im unable to go online. Usually when Bf V won t work correctly I could just close and reopen it or restart the Pc but now nothing works to make the game playable again. No error code given, oh and restarting EA app or doing the App recovery also doesnt help.EA APP WONT LET ME LOGIN FROM EPIC GAMES
Hi! 4 Years ago I purchased Battlefield 2042 from "EPIC GAMES" and it let me play the game for hours. However, it came a time that i wasnt able to play because of work. Fast forward, last year I tried logging in to my Battlefield 2042 account in EA APP. Lo and behold, My Epic Games BF2042 would redirect me to EA APP saying my account was connected to an email in EA APP that i dont recognize. EPIC says report the issue with EA but both platform won't help me. There is no other way for self service in the website. Here's a screenshot of the account in EA APP
