Game agents said to me that i can submit as many recovery attempts as i want. But after a couple of tries now it says to me that my issue is not supported by game agents

EA_Claus I've submitted about 15 cases about getting access to my other account. email address of that account doesnt work anymore. So i cant recieve new emails on it. And i lost access after i reinstalled windows on my PC. Please review my closed cases and provide some help. i just cant do it through automated system. and because its was very old acc i cant remember the exact details but i have plenty proves that its mine. Please review my case manually

If you have lost access to the email, have you tried recovering it by contacting the email service provider?
Our advisors won't be able to help you recover your EA account if you don't have access to the registered email and can't remember the exact details. That's not something I can change.
