I've lost access to my E-mail and support says game agents dont cover this issue

Game agents said to me that i can submit as many recovery attempts as i want. But after a couple of tries now it says to me that my issue is not supported by game agents

    Hey Kozmas​,

    Please make sure to select the correct option when you submit a support request from the website.

    Selecting an issue that our advisors don't support could result in the error you are seeing. 

    Try using the Contact us button at the very bottom of this guide, and let me know how it goes.
