Kits purchased twice by mistake

Hi, I purchased Bath Refined Kits twice by mistake.
If I go to the refund form it says “You have no game that qualifies for a refund at this time. ”
How can I go about getting 4.99 euro refund?
I also add that the mistake was made because when I purchased it the “PURCHASE” message reappeared believing that the purchase, precisely, had failed and I clicked again... for this “bug” there should be more attention.

    I logged out and logged back in to my account and I can now download the kit but doesn't solve the issue that I was still charged twice 

    I've also had this issue too except it's with the sweet allure kit, got charged twice and can not download the kit I paid for or find any way to get a refund for the extra 4.99 charged :/ 

    hopefully they can come up with some resolve for this
