Lost my email and EA support is not helping

I have lost the email linked to this EA account and i want to change it,i tried contacting with the customer support team to chat but it always says that (ref:screenshot) i just dont know what to do this account has alot of progress in across battlefields games and money spent so i really dont want to lose it.
