Missing games from my EA account

Hello team,

I recently noticed that all the games I previously purchased have disappeared from my EA account. I've tried signing in with STEAM, APPLE etc, and confirmed my email, i reinstalled the app but the games are still missing.

Some of these games were purchased directly through the EA App, while others were bought via other platforms, but even those are no longer showing up, despite having linked the account properly.

I'd like to kindly ask for your help in resolving this issue, I cannot provide proof of purchase because it was done some years ago... for example, i have a physical copy of BF 3 and the CD key does not work anymore and when i enter the account my nickname was modified (there was no account breached)
