The Sims 4 not loading, EA error code: EC:1005

I am using a MacBook, and when I try to load The Sims 4, it constantly gives me the error code "cannot connect to server". Can anyone help me it has been months.

Why the game use 6.2GB from memory now
The game crashes with me and i repair it every time I opened pc and sometimes crashed and i don't open any thing with game in task manager from 2 days the game was use only 3 or 4 gb of memory ram?
