I've split your post into it's own thread as your issue is a bit different- which pack are you missing exactly?
If you haven't yet, please clear the cache for the EA app following these steps.
I already reset the app and the app recovery to clear my cash. I even logged out and signed back in after sitting on my computer and the ones that I redeemed is in Paradise University life in seasons.
