I started the sub for EA Play Pro. The money got taken out of my account and all was good. About 24 hours later I get off of work and hop on and it's telling me i have to buy EA Play Pro again.. Not sure why but i need answers.
I have a screenshot of the money being taken out last night. But when I go into my account setting and shows up as expired. I was able to play last night cause I was playing the new Battlefield 6 Early Access.

I have TWO serious issues that need immediate attention:
**ISSUE 1: Unauthorized Subscription Cancellation**
- Account: Th3TaxiDriver
- EA Play Pro cancelled without my consent on August 7, 2025
- Payment of $16 was successfully charged on August 7, 2025
- Service was removed after only one day of use
- I did NOT request this cancellation
**ISSUE 2: Support Ticket System Failure**
- Submitted multiple support tickets through EA Help website
- Tickets do not appear in my "Open Cases" section
- No confirmation emails received
- No case numbers provided
- Cannot track or follow up on submitted tickets
- Support system appears to be completely broken
**CURRENT SITUATION:**
- Lost $16 paid subscription with no service
- Cannot get help through normal support channels
- Forced to use forums due to ticket system failure
**REQUEST:**
1. Immediate restoration of EA Play Pro subscription
2. Fix the broken support ticket system
3. Provide working case tracking
This is completely unacceptable service quality.

Ea having a glitch rn I think everyone who bought some **bleep** yesterday is having an issue with there content! I bought madden 26, others bought Sims product. Which wouldn't be that big of a deal ig except it seems ea is completely oblivious to the issue. REALLY AMAZING vote of confidence EA. You need to make things right with all these customers, it's wildly unacceptable and beyond unprofessional
i have always been kind of iffy with EA due to this EXACT thing. Happened with BF5 and BF2042 I end up having issues with EA.
man they don't care they're gonna keep taking people's money and not fix this problem. this is the exact reason they don't have customer support agents anymore cause they know they can keep getting away with this **bleep**ing bull**bleep**.
What other apps can I use to play Sims4 I’m bout to let EA go. This is just too much.
You can get Sims on Steam but when you launch it on Steam it'll just open up through the EA app.
