Hi all, I wonder if someone can help me I have been a EA Play member for a few years on my PS5 and i recently noticed that when I go to view games on my EA Play Subscription on the PS5 i only have 3 games that come up (picture attached) I have gone to my PlayStation account and my EA Play subscription looks like its linked up and I have a paid membership until next year. So i am a bit confused as to why i am only seeing 3 games when i know there are a lot more, could someone help me please? I thought it was a glitch at first but this has been 3 days now. Kind regards in advance.

I use EA play to play UFC and all of a sudden, it says my trial ran out even though the full game is included. Then, I go to the play list and see there are only 3 games available… can this please be resolved ASAP otherwise I’m essentially being robbed.Before you ask, I’ve looked up other included games on the app store and no, I can’t download them from there either.

Im having the same issue, although i can see the list from my ps mobile app but i can only see 3 games in the playlist on my ps5.

Hi. In the last few weeks hardly any games are showing in my Play List on my PS5.EA Play subscription doesn't expire until 2026.This is if I click Playstation Store > Subscriptions >EA Play>View GamesIf I click on Playstation Store > Subscriptions >EA Play>Learn More then it shows a few more games, but still not many.Really frustrating as I'd often have a look to see what games have been added. Been using EA Play for 3-4 years and this problem has only started happening very recently.

Just to check, if you look for other games that are on the play list (Like Lost in Random the Star Wars Jedi series of games) do you see them there, and are you able to download them? (You can see the full Play List here.)

Thank you for your reply, if i were to go to the PlayStation store and manually type in the games from the play list then yes they do appear and yes I can download them. But why have they all of sudden disappeared from my EA Play explore list as this would be much easier to access as all the games would be under there instead of me having to manually look at what games are on the play list then manually typing them out into the PlayStation store?

That's a really good question. I'll look into it for you. 🙂At least we know that the subscription itself is working properly and that you have access to the games you should.

When did you first notice that the games were missing from this list? Have they always been gone, or has this been a recent thing?

Thank you for looking in to this for me EA_QueenBee I look forward to see what your findings contain as this is very strange. I have always had access to the full games list and i noticed that the games were missing 3 to 4 days ago.
