My sims 4 EA app wont launch the game.

It's my second day trying to figure out how to get my game to launch in ea app. my steam works fine,but when it trys to load the game in ea it will not. I have made sure backgrounds have been removed and not ruhnning. I have uninstalled Ea app and reinstalled the app. I ran repair on Ea and the steam. I even uninstalled sims on steam and moved to a entire new folder. Restarting  and repeat process. I tried the troubleshoot , but nothing is budging. Please Help.
