Need help, Bought Kit, was charged twice can't get refund!

I don't know where else to put this here, I can't get help from my account, can't get help from EA Help on Twitter, since it's just a BOT, can't find even a phone number to get help on the website or...

Same issue here, I got two kits, they didn't show up so hit the payment button again have been charged twice for the same two kits, not liking how impossible it is to get in touch with a real human customer support!!!
