Game License Invalid

I went to play today and it is telling me that the game license is invalid. It suggest relaunching the game in online mode and I have done that as well as clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and  restarting my computer.  I have also uninstalled the EA app and reinstalled it and nothing is working.
