New EA Play Pro Subscriber - Can't Download Game

Hi all, I just paid for my EA Play Pro subscription and I'm trying to download a game, but the download button is inactive. I've already tried restarting the EA App. Has anyone else run into this r...

    Could you share a screenshot of a game on the EA Play pro list in the EA app so I know what you're seeing exactly?
