Newest Update Not Showing Available

I've not been able to access the newest update - the EA App automatically downloaded the newest update for the Sims 2 Legacy, but not the Sims 4, so I cannot access any of the new content. I have tried everything I can think of: cleared cache, repaired the game, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still nothing. Is there anyway I can get the new update?
