No internet connection

I've been the whole day trying to update my SIMS4 game but it doesn't let me because it says that it couldn't connect to Internet. The thing is that I've tried cleaning my cache, restarting the app, deleted the game and everything that've read in the forums but still the problems hasn't fixed. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this problem? The only thing it says is that it cannot connect to internet to download it.
