Sims 4 and expansions GONE
I recently logged in after downloading the new EA app and my Sims games were all there and their expansions, no problem. Fast forward to today, NONE of the games are in my library. It says I own the main game, Sims 4, but all the expansion packs say I need to pay for them again. I'm very upset by this. Anyone else dealt with this or had it fixed by EA? I did send in a support ticket
Origin displays 2 medals of honor in 2010, while EA app only displays 1 medal
I previously purchased 2 copies of the Medal of Honor 2010, which were displayed in Origin. One copy is in English and the other is in Chinese. However, now I only have one copy of the Medal of Honor 2010 on the EA app, and there is still no Chinese version available. Could EA please fix this bug? This is the Chinese Medal of Honor 2010 that I purchased myself. Could you please fix this bug I need my Traditional Chinese Medal of Honor for 2010
ea app updating
So, I am having trouble updating the EA app. It’s been stuck at 0% for about an hour. I tried resetting the app, but it still doesn’t work. I have plenty of storage on my Mac. What can I do? Once I tried reinstalling the app but I lost all of my save data. I also have a good internet connection.
download error
Hi, I tried to update fc25 but download error keeps coming up. I check all my internet connection and its fine. I tried to uninstall fc 25 and reinstall it again but then the same download error pops up. I figured there could be a problem with the EA app itself. Finally i remove ea app and tries to reinstall again from the website. And then the same problem comes up. Anyone having the same issue?EA app wont download my new kits.
After I updated the game, I also bought the last few kits for the game. I've tried to download and install them but it's not working. Every time I click a kit to install nothing happens. An error message pops up saying I don't own it, but I do. I've checked my purchase history and my receipts, and they are all the paid. This is the only account and computer I use for The Sims. Can anyone help?
EC:204 when trying to play offline
I, like many others, am running into the "the game license has expired" error when trying to play offline despite owning this game for the better part of 7 years. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps and it reached the point where EA support told me to post here so...here I am.
