Not receiving pre order or deluxe edition DLC
I pre ordered the deluxe edition of Dragon Age the Veilgaurd and have still not received my DLC. It just does not show up in the game. This has been happening since the release of the game in November last year. Does anyone have any idea how this can be fixed? It shows here but does not show up in the game at all. I've completed the game and still nothing.11Views0likes1CommentMissing Content from dlc, bug?
I recently brought the adventures await pack which downloaded great and had no problems. i then brought the 'outdoors retreat' add on and the 'get to work' pack. i downloaded these and have had problems since. it says its downloaded and on my game however it keeps coming up with 'repair' which i have tried several times aswell as clearing the cache and restarting everything. none of the content is appearing in the game except some clothing items. no new worlds or anything. since this, my game keeps glitching and has closed on me a couple times now. its getting rid of all my progress before i can save! i dont want to be saving every 5 seconds as you know what that'd be like! so at the moment ive lost money, my games progress and the ACTUAL packs ive only just brought! can anyone help with this please.29Views0likes3CommentsRefuting the Wrongful Bans on Fair Players by Apex
Dear Apex Officials and Community Members, As a long-term fair player of Apex, I am compelled to strongly refute the wrongful bans recently imposed on myself and many other similar players. Below is my personal experience and an objective feedback regarding the ban system as a whole: 1. Wrongful Ban and Ineffective Appeals During the two months of my wrongful ban, I submitted over ten appeals but never once did a human customer service representative intervene to help resolve my issue. All responses were automated template emails stating my appeals were rejected, leaving me unable to properly appeal or defend myself. 2. Unclear Ban Reasons Contradicting Real In-Game Performance I have never understood the specific reasons behind Apex’s ban. A very low KDA usually reflects a player's true skill and performance. My account shows no abnormal KDA or unusual shifts in ranked points, which is clearly inconsistent with the reasons given for the ban. 3. Severe Deficiencies in Apex’s Anti-Cheat System Apex’s anti-cheat system has consistently disappointed players. Actual cheaters are still able to use rapid-fire Sentinel sniper rifles and unrealistically fast movement speeds. The anti-cheat system fails to perform timely bans and often can’t even manage second-time bans, severely degrading the game environment. 4. Troubling Loopholes in the Store and Currency System The store and currency system in Apex is fraught with loopholes such as black market gold, illegal gifting, platinum, and even negative in-game currency balances. I have personally spent nearly $1000, yet I observed accounts with tens of thousands in negative currency that remain unbanned. I would like to ask, why is this allowed? 5. Crisis of Trust in Automated Responses The most ridiculous part is that Apex’s email replies consistently assert that after their review, it was confirmed I used illegal software. Given the currency system anomalies, inability to immediately ban cheaters, and frequent DDoS attacks causing normal players to be kicked from matches, it is hard to trust that their technology would never wrongly ban a fair player like me. In conclusion, I urge Apex officials to seriously review their anti-cheat system and appeal process to reduce wrongful bans on fair players, increase effectiveness in combating real cheats, and improve player experience and trust overall. I hope the company can promptly and fairly resolve unjust bans on myself and others. Thank you all for your attention! (CM: Edited to remove additional language. Whenever EA puts out a game update, I don't update immediately and switch to playing offline for a week or more (depending on how bad it is) while I wait for mods to be updated and for the worst of the new bugs and glitches to be resolved. I've done this since the EA App was released without issue. So the EA App updated shortly before the 7/23 game update and when I went to play offline last night, I discovered I suddenly couldn't. I click on "go offline" and it shows Sims 4 as an installed game, but now when I click play, instead of launching the game offline as usual, I'm getting an error message telling me that the game license has expired and that I need to launch the game to renew the license and gives the Error Code: EC:204. I've never had this issue before. So now I cannot play the game at all as I've seen how lit it is out on the bug report forum and there's no way I'm updating my game right now with all the issues the patch has created. And I can't go "online" with the game without it automatically pushing the update. Is anyone else having this issue with playing offline right now? And is anyone aware of a work around? (Note: I have already logged out and back in, uninstalled and reinstalled the EA App, cleared the cache, restarted my PC, and ensured by XBox and EA accounts aren't linked (they never were).)5.5KViews19likes30CommentsPersistent EC:105 Gallery Error — Confirmed Account-Based Issue, Not System
Hello, I'm reporting a persistent EC:105 error in The Sims 4 (Mac), which has been ongoing for several weeks. After exhaustive troubleshooting and direct contact with EA support, I can now confirm this issue is tied to my EA account — not my system, game files, or installation. Here is what I have done so far: – Fully uninstalled and reinstalled The Sims 4 and the EA App – Deleted all EA and Sims-related files from Application Support and Documents – Cleared all caches (EA App, game, system) – Removed all Mods and Custom Content – Emptied the Tray folder completely – Started a clean macOS user account – Installed only the base game, without any DLCs – Created a new save, new Sim, and tried to save a Gallery item locally – Error EC:105 appears instantly, even in this clean setup This proves the problem is not local — it is tied to my EA account's gallery or cloud data. Support agents were unable to escalate the case, and instead referred me to the forum. I am posting here in the hope that: - A Community Manager can escalate this issue to the technical team - Other players who face this same error can confirm or upvote - EA becomes aware that some gallery-linked account data is likely corrupted The EC:105 error renders core game functions (saving to Gallery, using builds) unusable. I have purchased many packs and rely heavily on the Gallery — this makes the game unplayable for me. Please escalate this case. I am happy to provide logs, screenshots, or a case number if needed. Thank you.309Views12likes12CommentsEA APP WONT UPDATE ; Background Services Crashed on MAC

Tried the following: - Running installer as Admin - Removed files in %TEMP% - Updated DirectX and MS Visual C++ - Removed all old EA and Origin files in ProgramData, Program Files, and App Data. - Restarting PC after every steps above - Ran sfc - Check multiple videos and forums, no solution.
