No internet?
My EA app won't let me update my Sims 4. I have tried contacting costumer support twice, but they couldn't help me. It is stuck on 2% and then says I don't have any internet connection, even though everything else works on the app with internet (i.e. I could buy new packs). This has been going on for about a month now.EA App not connecting to internet
I have been trying to update my sims 4 game, but the app continues to state it cannot connect to the internet. I play using a Mac, and my Mac is connected to the internet. I tried clearing the cache, logging in and out of the app, uninstalling and reinstalling it, and none of it worked. I reached out to the support team via chat and they just told me to report it on the forums.
Download/repair stuck on 3%...
Updating I get stuck at 3%. I then tried repairing the game, and that is stuck on 51%. I've tried clearing the EA cache, deleting and re-downloading EA, and restarting my computer. Others are having the exact same problem and getting stuck on the same percentages. My game is installed on an external HD that is never removed from the computer and had no issues prior to requiring the update. What else can I do.EA App Not Connecting to Internet
I'm trying to update my game with the newest patch and every time I've tried for the past several days, I get a pop-up saying that the EA app cannot connect to my wifi, despite my mac being connected. I tried re-downloading the EA app, clearing the cache, repairing the game, and restarting my mac and none of it has helped.
Can’t install add-on, only available on Windows. How to fix?
I just returned to playing The Sims 4. I previously played it on Windows, but now I’m using a Mac and trying to download the game again. However, I can’t download it because the system says it’s available on Windows. How can I resolve this issue? Thank you for your help!
Failed to create folder: The EA app requires full control permissions...
I recently had to reset my permissions on my external hard drive due to a corruption. in doing this i had to delete all and add a new permissions for the drive. After doing this and installing a game using steam (In which it worked and runs), i tried installing EA FC 24 in which i got the error in the title screen. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

I have tried multiple things and I will list it here , Cleared the cache on ea app and restarted the pc Reinstalled both the ea app and the sims 4 multiple times Deleted the sims 4 folder from the document folder Tried locating the licence folder in program data folder but couldn't locate [ hidden folder toggle was off] I have followed step by step the article under the title cannot load games . Stopped all of the background task from task manager. Repa ir both the ea app and the sims 4 . As mentioned above I have tried every possible thing I could find or was told to from the ea support but nothing is working. It is very frustrating to see that a game you spend money and time on just suddenly stops working. I’ve been buying packs since 2014 and always straight fron releasedate…. I’ve been a loyal customer who’s spend hundreds of dollars on something i cant get my hands on anymore??? If anyone can help me please help cause I cannot find where the main issue is and nothing is working.
