what do you mean you "transferred"? Origin is simply the old launcher - your account is the same, both for Origin and the EA account.
You can try emptying the cache of the EA app to see if the packs turn up then.
However, if games and packs are not to be found in the EA app now, after logging in there, then you're most likely logged in with the wrong account. I know that you say that you don't have another EA account, but the fact that the games aren't in your library and that the codes don't work, points towards another EA account.
You can try contacting Support, if you can't find the login details to that account yourself. Support should be able to find the correct account with some details, such as the used game codes.
