Not working
Have bought the sims and the sims 2 bundle. Have downloaded and installed but can't start. Click on the play icon and it starts loading but then I get back to the EA app

missmj89 For Sims 1, please try reinstalling your 2015 and newer VC++ runtimes. Open Windows Settings > Apps, scroll down to the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables, and uninstall everything from 2015 and newer. Don't touch the older versions.
Download the x86 and x64 versions (not the ARM version) of the 2022 runtimes from Microsoft:

Install the runtimes, restart your computer, and try to play.
For Sims 2, what happens when you try to launch the game?
